i have been having problems for 2 weeks now, it started when service tech showed up to check the system and dish, ever since then my conection has gone crazy. i get service for a minute then it goes out for a few minute and comes back for afew then goes out. after 2 days of this the service goes out completly, tried customer service with 3 different numbers all are not working orthey wouldnt answer, finally called from work phone and was answered on first ring, was told the dish was out of aligment and had to schedule appt with service teck to fix witch i did that was a week ago my service has returned twice this week and lasted for about 4 hours then gone for a couple of days. i'm thinking its not the dish. teck is to be hear today but dont know if its going to help any

It does sound like what ever the first tech did messed up the dish and it's not aligned properly. It could be that it was aligned but the bolts on the dish didn't get tightened enough or something and its moving. If you continue to have issues after the tech comes out today to look at your dish send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and have one of the moderators here look over your account.  Include your account number or phone number and reference this post.  If the tech today don't get you fixed Exede Lindsey or Exede Diana will figure out whats going on and get you issue resolved.

nop service tech was told a different time to come then we were told so wasn't home when he showed up now have to reschedule,now were into 3 weeks of this problem, hughs net is looking better and better

I would look up the closest dealer off exede's website and call them directly and set up a time for them to come and check over your equipment.
