I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 and unable to use built in Wi-Fi. I can enter Password and it shows connected but no icon and then goes straight back to data. Has any one else had this problem. I must note that my son's & wife's phones work just fine. I am using straight talk. My son is also using straight talk and has no trouble. I was using a Belkin Router and I did not have any trouble with it.

What router are you using now? You may need to contact Samsung for assistance with your phone.

I had it running inconjuction with my Belkin router and all was working great since I got the EXEDE internet service, then SUNDAY the Belkin router shorted out SMOKED.  I'm not sure if the Exede router had anything to do with this but all was working just fine until I had to just use the EXEDE Router. I live in rural area and there just isn't very many options for internet service.

Samsung suggestions is to do a factory reset on my phone.

I have a Samsung Note3 and it is constantly showing the "not connected" error message if I try anything.  I have to disconnect and reconnect perpetually, and it's very annoying, but I figured it was the phone and not Exede.

Hi Ronald, Have you spoken to Samsung about connecting to a router as Bev suggested? Do you have the user quide to the router?  Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account information so we can assist you further.

Here is the user quide - http://www.exede.com/documents/brochures/ex-wifi-modem-user-guide.pdf?_ga=2.144323763.749537455.1498...
