I have a recommendation for Excede to consider. First let me say I've had Wildblue/Excede for over 9 years and overall am pretty pleased. For the past 3 years I've beem on the basic Recovery Act plan because it's all I can afford. I only get download speeds of 1 -1.3 mbps but still manage. BTW, when I read of you guys getting 18-19mbps, I'm really jealous (smile). Anyway back to my suggestion - I had to call Excede for the second time in 9 years a few days ago due to no service. After sitting on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I talked with a CSR, who was very nice, and was told there was an outage in my area. I wish Excede could put an "outage tab" on the dashboard. A simple check of the dashboard could let customers know there's an outage in their area and save time and grief. Thanks.
