Error message from Exede Voice

I have a dial tone, but when I dial a phone number i get a recorded message saying Call not allowed? Also when someone calls our phone they get a message saying the same thing, Ive unpluged and trouble shoot the problem but still cannot make any calls out at all.

Try to unplug the modem voice box and the the router. Wait 5min then plug the modem back in wait till it is fully operational about 2min. Then plug in the voice box give it a min or two and see if you can call out (leaving the router powered off. If that still don't work if you have a cell phone you can call 1-855-463-9333 and ask for the VoIP support and see if they can help if not then send an email to with your account number and information and they will get back to you as soon as they can but it might be tomorrow depending on how busy they are today. I think only one of the 3 mods works weekends.
