Wildblue cut off my service because they claimed they couldn't w/d from my acct (they refuse to send paper invoices), but my bank said they never put in a request.  Although I paid the bill by phone, they still haven't connected my internet.

To have Exede you MUST have a way to allow automatic payments to them, the best option is a credit card or debit card with a credit card logo (like a Visa Check Card.)

If you are uncomfortable with them taking the payment that way, you can get a prepaid credit or debit card and make sure you have the funds for the bill on that card before your billing date each month.

I'm sure the staff here can further help you if you email your account information to them at exedelistens@viasat.com or, call customer service at 855-463-9333.

Hello luisa_bigornia@yahoo.com

Sorry for the billing trouble you’ve experienced, Exede is a paperless company thus the reason why do not send out paper invoices. We would be happy to review your account and verify your recent payment and activate your service, please send us your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com

That's not the issue. I have no problem with automatic withdrawals. What annoys me is that Wildblue claims they made a request for payment but my Bank has no record of such request and Wildblue is unwilling to own up to it.

In addition, after I made the payment by phone and the Wildblue representative confirmed that my internet was turned back on, I still had no internet by the evening.  I called Wildblue again and the Wildblue representative confirmed that my payment went through but their representative made an error when she tried to turn the internet back on.  Apparently she never followed up.

Call them and make sure they have all of the numbers correct, a typographical error is easy for anyone to make and that might have happened when they entered your information.

I called them twice and each time we went over the numbers on record and they were correct.
