Upset with Exede's billing

I completely hate this company. I did not know they weren't wireless until after the install. I received a bill for 80$ and ive only had for a little over a week and haven't used it at all because i can only use my internet with a laptop or a desktop. I wanted to cancel but I was told I would have to pay an early termination fee as if I have 360$ to just throw in the trash! I will never recommend this company to anyone I'm extremely disappointed and upset because I've never had to deal with anything that was such a ripoff I'm also disappointed that directv would work with them because they are making them look bad !

Again, get a wireless router, you need that for a wireless home network regardless of your ISP, dial up nor DSL is wireless either, unless you have a wireless router. Some companies offer modems with built in wireless routers but, you still have to have one to make the service wireless.

Always a good idea to do your homework before signing a contract.  As Bev suggested, get a wireless router and you will be good to go.
