I got an email stating my bill was past due--- due date was 7-16-15--- I paid my bill on 7-14-15---Please update your records

When I paid my bill, I checked my account (bank) it was taken out twice. My bank stopped one of them. Now I get an email stating my account is past due.... When it's due on the 16th and I paid on the 14th!!! How can I have a past due?????
