I go to answer it & I can't hear. I get a dial tone when I pick up to make a call, but it go silent.

I have only had the phone service for 2 days now. I am about ready to cancel my service. I am having the worst time with the service. I try to call out and I can not hear anything on the other end. If someone call me, the phone would ring. I go to answer it and I can't hear anything on my end. I do get a dial tone when I pick up to make a call, but it then go into silence. I am sure that I will be charged for service that I can not use. I need help.

I have also switched phones, so I know the problem is not on my end.........

m, more than likely the equipment isn't set up correctly. Here is a link that shows the correct set up. http://www.exede.com/voip/connecting-equipment If after checking this everything looks right, you'll need to call and speak with our Voice Support team. The equipment is correctly set up. My daughter was using the phone and it stopped working. So what could be the problem now?

It could be a few different things causing this. Would you prefer to call in or have me call you?
