I don't know what's happening

I asked to report a problem privately,then I typed it and did whatever I was supposed to do on that screen, and I was asked to log in. I chose to log in with facebook, then what I had typed appeared as though it had been entered publicly. I tried to select something on that screen which would report my damn problem, and I was brought to this empty screen as though I have to start all over again. So,

1. Was my original problem reported?
2. Was it reported privately?
3. What was I supposed to have done after logging in with facebook? Why was my problem still displaying, instead of something like "your problem has been reported, click here to continue"?
4. Why did everything disappear when I clicked Report a problem," which is what I thought I had to do to finish reporting?
