When I try to log in to my wildblue inbox it takes me to a blank page with just the wildblue logo on it. From what I understand I need to set up my email in Outlook but I dont have Outlook on my computer. What do I do now? I need some direction.
The screen you are seeing is an issue we've seen with the migration. One workaround that seems to be working is rebooting the computer, Router AND modem. We've seen some customers that have done this no longer have that problem.
