user id and pass for???   what are you trying to log in to?  you trying to log in to myexede.net?

I don't think I ever set one up, I'm just really ticked off at having no internet service every time it rains!  Then you have to stay on the phone forever, after you have already rebooted everything before you called.  Last time I had NO INTERNET for over a month but they still took the payment out of my bank account.

So are you trying to log in to the myexede.net site then?

Also when you look at the modem status page what is your Rx signal (modem page found at 192.168.100.1)?
