I don't use the Exede email for the fact that if I ever leave Exede like I left HughesNet I would loose my email address. But to cancel your internet just because your don't like the email service is crazy. They offer it as a free add on to their service if you don't like the email then create a gmail or outlook or yahoo account.

Like I already stated it is a long list of issues and when you pay for a product/serivce you expect it to work. I can see that I am not the only one frustrated with this new platform!

Why not jst set up a gmail account on Google and use that for your email. You must have other options for internet service if you want to quit over the new email client.

Nope us champions do not we are end users just like you and everyone else. We volunteer our time here to try to help and comment support that Exede employees wouldn't be able to. The only ones here that work for Exede are the ones with the green name. Which would be Lindsey, Diana, and Brad as the three social media members / front line support for Exede here. Others would be Alex, who is marketing/ social media content editor. Then you have Mark and then Neil who is a ViaSat engineer.

I feel the same as Cheryl! If I had any other option, I would be gone too! Can anyone tell me how I can keep using my Incredimail service? I bought this service & really like the way it is set up- perfect for my e-mails. Incredimail states they can be used with any server, so how can I get off this very annoying & confusing Exede mess and get back to Incredimail- I do NOT want to change my email address

I can certainly understand the frustration with the new platform. There were a lot of kinks that had to be sorted out initially after migration. For clients like outlook, thunderbird or incredimail, it's all a matter or setting it to the new POP/IMAP settings. It's most likely trying to pull from Google still. our site at go.wildblue.net does allow for you to see what those settings are, however if you need more assistance you can call our migration team (which we've increased and trained agents so it's far better than when the migration began when it was a handful of us handling all the calls). They can be reached at 855-463-9333.

As for the overall look/feel of the client, I can't be of too much assistance Cheryl. For basic troubleshooting you can call the number above or you can visit this site http://help.zimbra.com/, but the reason everything had to change is that for many years we had a working relationship with Google, but Google has ended ALL agreements for email with internet service providers such as Exede and others. So as a result we had to pick someone different and that ended up being Zimbra which several companies use. Unfortunately, the only way to have your email like it was in look and feel would be to create a free gmail account with Google, that would require a different email address. Using a client like Outlook will allow you to view your current email without the problem of having to log in and messing with the new platform.
