I can't access my wildblue email jgoodan@wildblue.net . I click on the "go to my inbox" and it just gives me a wildblue screen.

This has been reported several times in this forum.  Wildblue email is transitioning from Gmail and I guess the new website is not functional yet.  It has been down for a few days.  If you have an email program like Outlook or Thunderbird, you can configure that to get your email, but the Wildblue webmail page seems to be down.

I'm still able to log in after clicking "Go to my inbox" and get the WB login page, but still have to enter my @wildblue.net email login name and password...

Have you tried running ccleaner to delete old caches and cookies?  Could be that simple.  Here's the latest version, and it's a free program, I run it every evening just before powering off my computer(s)

Try 3+ months and dozens fruitless tickets, calls, and chats with the fatally flawed fraudulent customer care army.  Is the only thing they are able to do is close cases?

Going to try to answer a few questions in one post since there's a few in this thread: We have seen a few bumps with the migration from Google to Zimbra. These issues are known and we're trying to get the issues fixed, but for now here's some of the ways we've worked with the errors;

If you cannot log in: This is an issue we are seeing with the migration, We have to reset your password by having you call in at 855-463-9333. For some reason it wasn't letting customers manually reset on their end, but for some reason a reset on our end seemed to do the trick (you can reset your password immediately upon signing in back to your prior credentials)

If you are getting the Wildblue screen after logging in and nothing else: We found this is somehow a speed error. A complete reboot of your PC, Router *AND* modem seems to get around the issue and we haven't seen it repeated after that.

Where is the link to reset passwords and manage secondary email accounts? It vanished from the wildblue page a couple weeks ago.
