I cannot get my e-mail. The new terms screen keeps coming up, I hit accept, and it comes up again.

Did you put a checkmark in the box to the left of the Accept before hitting the Accept?

Hello Marsha. So that should be the End User License Agreement for the new platform. If you accept it you should be able to jump into your email. It has no effect on your current exede subscription, any email platform you use will have this but most times it's a simplified checkbox saying "I agree" but this one just shows it all.
