If you haven't done so already and are still unable to access your email, please call our agents at 855-463-9333. On a few cases, we've noticed there's a snag where we have to temporarily reset your password to access your email on our end. I believe that's being worked on but that's been the fix as of now.
Has anyone thought of obtaining/positng a valid security certificate for mail.wildblue.net995? Does anyone at ViaSat know how to do this? Was putting the portal up without one intentional or just an oversight, something someone forgot?
