I cannot access email after platform changeover

I cannot get beyond the "go to my inbox" page. When this link is clicked a yellow star appears beside the cursor and nothing else happens.

Hello Hastpro1,

If you haven't done so already and are still unable to access your email, please call our agents at 855-463-9333. On a few cases, we've noticed there's a snag where we have to temporarily reset your password to access your email on our end. I believe that's being worked on but that's been the fix as of now.

Has anyone thought of obtaining/positng a valid security certificate for mail.wildblue.net995?  Does anyone at ViaSat know how to do this?  Was putting the portal up without one intentional or just an oversight, something someone forgot?
