Are you currently a Viasat subscriber? If you have cancelled your Viasat internet service, then you no longer will have access to your Viasat/Wildblue email account.

I am have been with Wildblue for 12 years. Made a change recently but still with wildblue, excede viasat just added from 12 to 25 mbs

Bob, you need to contact customer service, they will get you back into your email. Or you could send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com, include your account number and a description of your problem, and a contact phone number.
