I called yesterday to get my caller ID fixed and now my phone won't work it says that the device is not registered with my provider

Send an email to us at ViasatListens@viasat.com with your account info.  If you're not able to send us the email before 5pm mountain time, the team that works these issues will be out of office until Monday.
