I believe I've been hacked

I have this service and don't know how my Google account has been hacked along with many others that I didn't even know I had I believe I know who is behind it and we are litigation what do I do how to stop it now

It makes sense even on a weekend.

Like many sites, this one is designed to allow you to login using either an active Google or Facebook account without registering a new username and password. Your password remains secure and Google (or Facebook) simply verifies your credentials using a process known as OAuth (a type of unified login). Other profile information regarding your Google account is passed along to the site that may be needed for the site (e.g. name)  It allows Google to track your internet use and tie it directly to your Google account.
