I am very dissapointed with excede,

I am very dissapointed with excede, I tried to add my account that I have had for over 3 years and they told me I would have to start a new one. I find this rediculous, I have been able to add to other accounts we have without any problem. I will never recommend them to anyone as I find them very hard to work with.
