I am now in Liberty Pass, but my router never switched out of that mode when it was supposed to reset on the 4th. What gives?

My modem switched to Liberty Pass on April 30th. It was supposed to reset on May 4th, but it never reset. This morning, on May 5th, I get an email stating I am now in Liberty Pass once again! I've never had this problem until recently, and this is ticking me off quite a bit! Our usage isn't that frequent, and my modem should've reset, but, again, it never did.
Is there anyone out there that can help with this matter?

If relying solely upon the email notification, go to https://myesvt.exede.net and log in with your regular MyExede.net credentials to determine whether you're really in Liberty Pass mode. In the past, the notifications have occasionaly been late in arriving.

Alternately send a message to exedelistens@viasat.com including your account and contact info (do not post the info here since this is a public forum).
