I am not able to get to my account

When I try to signin to my account I get the error message that my session has timed out. This happens even when I start the computer and try to signin as the very first task. It also happens on my wife's computer. I am running Win 8.1, she is running XP-Pro. I have rebooted, clean cookies and caches. I posted the same question earlier and had a reply to do these things. Then Christmas came with a dozen family here until today. So today is the first time I have tried to get into my account to check usage. I am on WildBlue.
What should I do?
