I've had Wildblue for 9 years now. I just got a page to sign in, and it says my address and password are incorrect. Also, since the migration, my address has been spoofed/hacked and I'm now getting flagged as a spammer, and people in my address book are reporting that I've sent them stupid ads. I have not sent these things. What is going on?

Your Email account has most likely been hacked, and the hacker may have changed your password. You may need to contact Tech Support directly, have them verify who you are, and then have them temporarily reset your password. Next time set a really difficult password, and avoid ever divulging your password just because you received some bogus Email asking you to "verify your Email account."

Or your computer has a worm/trojan/virus that turned your computer into a cancer-spreading bot (replicates whatever you got and sends to everyone in your address book) .

Thanks, ended up calling tech support, resetting password.  I have never divulged my password, and delete all those emails asking to verify stuff.  Tech guy said resetting password should end the hack.  I'm on a mac, Craig.  seriously doubt I have a worm/trojan/virus.  Some of the email addresses included in the returned mail aren't even in my address book.  At any rate, for the moment, things are fixed.

Hi Deborah, glad to hear you were able to get this problem with your sign in resolved. In addition to the help you received I would also like to add that you may want to purchase a virus protector and run a virus scan if you have not done so already to eliminate future problems occurring.  Have a great day!
