I am losing my internet signal every evening, and it lasts for hours.

Everything will be fine then the connection slows to a crawl and goes out. It is still out between midnight and 1am when I go to bed, but it is back on by the time I get up. VERY aggravating! I have more than half my allowable data still available so that is not the problem.

Erica, the best thing to do is call Customer Care when your modem is disconnected so that they can diagnose the problem. The number is 855-463-9333.
