Unhappy with service

I am extremely disappointed in this company. . They offered me a deal that included the Excede Internet and Excede Voice (phone). The person on the phone said it would cost $94.97 for all 3 - THAT WAS A LIE - I am now stuck with a internet service that is limited and a phone service that I cannot use with all my phones. I guess it's time for a lawyer.

What 3 would that be? I mean I see phone and internet... what was the 3rd service?

TV probably - likely a bundle and wouldn't be surprised to find out a Dish or DirecTV installer, unfamiliar with a more demanding Exede install. Getting a quality Exede install is the key to happiness.

Yeah, my first installer screwed up a bit so I had problems. I had to request a different installer to come back to fix the mistakes. First dude didn't use the proper connectors and water got in to the cables.

I have not been with these guys long, but they bent over backwards to help me with a data problem just the other day. I think your best bet is to call them back and tell them again the trouble your having and I am sure they will find a compromise you can live with. They seem to be more flexible than Comcast ever was.. Good luck!

I have tried multiple times with no success and asked for corporate number which they refuse to give out. Lambs hiding behind sheep. Baaahhhhh

As for getting help with Exede Internet and Exede Voice, I would strongly suggest you contact one of the Exede rep's here in the forum.

Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com explaining your issues. Include your account # and personal contact info. They will help you and always seem to do much better than the phone help crew.

If the 3rd item is a TV service, we can not help you here, but the Exede rep's are able to run down information that can help you.

Everett you must work for them because you always stand behind them on any negative comment or feed. Maybe you are on their payroll

Zina, find the contract they gave you. It should be 7 pages. Read through it carefully and see if it says anything about a monthly equipment fee. Some states tax those fees so that can drive the price up.
Do you have a breakdown of how much you are being charged per month?
