I am experincing my data allowance used up before I pay for it

Data allowance is used up in the first couple of days please help me find the problem!  I have had the service for just a few months and each month it has been the same thing my usage is in restriction before I make my monthly payment.

Really Nancy we have discussed this many times on all the other threads you you keep posting this exact same post on. If you have a problem with data usage or speeds send the moderators an email at exedelistens@viasat.com and they will be more then happy to help you have have engineering take a look. Same goes for you Michael send them an email with you account number contact information and reference this post.

I think you're wasting you're time as I would be willing to bet this is the same person under at least 5 or six different names, now. I can't remember what her original name was when she pasted the same rant in dozens of posts.

You would think she would have gotten bored with this and found something more interesting and productive to do by now. The hate must be eating her up.

Most people that use fictitious, tv, hero or cartoon character nicks are full of wind. In this case I'm not the one to say.  Maybe she was just approached wrong the first time she was here. Jullie was the one you were looking for David, she was a lot more vicious though.

I have spent hours on the phone with you only to be promised one thing and told it was never promised only two weeks latermean told it would be written in notes only to find it was not. Been promised a call back from a Manager that never occurred. Lies lies lies....not as pensions another hour on the phone listening to your lies.

Again big difference between calling phone support and sending an email to the 3 employees here.

At one time customers could come visit here for a bit of conversation and one on one help with people of the know. That was the champions, thats what they did, help folks with their problems right then. Now all's I see are the frustrated customers being ushered to a e/mail address and have no clue when they will be contacted. All of this after a previous bad experience with cs over the phone. I can understand the frustrations after the phone disappointment. A referral would be the last thing I looked forward to.

I've talked to five Exede phone people (all on one call) The first three were bad, the forth horrible (besides being fairly hateful, she demanded to know what I had DLed to use 5.3 gigs during the LNFZ) and finaly the last person I was transferred to on that call was great. He was helpful and cheerful.

Whereas I've dealt with Elizabeth, Beau and Lindsey and all have been helpful with my problem, even Lindsey after he woke me up and during a misunderstanding I went off on a rant on him. He called me back and got my problem fixed.

Sorry about that, Lindsey.  :-)

I think most likely right Bobbie. As best I can see the truly good champs here just set back. Maybe a little one on one in the wildblue forum. But here it doesn't pay to try and help out. I don't know why they just don't pin a tab with the e/mail addy on the top line. You have been doing a bit better good for you. Later

It's not a problem Michael you're welcome anytime. This is a Question and answer forum but sometimes the answers come in the form of an exede employee by way of e/mail first. This is by far better than the phone system of CS. Take care and good luck.
