Data allowance is used up in the first couple of days please help me find the problem! I have had the service for just a few months and each month it has been the same thing my usage is in restriction before I make my monthly payment.
Really Nancy we have discussed this many times on all the other threads you you keep posting this exact same post on. If you have a problem with data usage or speeds send the moderators an email at email@example.com and they will be more then happy to help you have have engineering take a look. Same goes for you Michael send them an email with you account number contact information and reference this post.
I have spent hours on the phone with you only to be promised one thing and told it was never promised only two weeks latermean told it would be written in notes only to find it was not. Been promised a call back from a Manager that never occurred. Lies lies lies....not as pensions another hour on the phone listening to your lies.
