Trouble with spam

I have received 40 spam emails today alone in my IN box on my Wildblue account.  I have my settings on high and I have also been setting up rules to filter SPAM.  NONE of my SPAM ever goes in the SPAM folder.  One of the few reasons I have kept Wildblue and put up with marginal service the past few years is because everyone has my Wildblue address.  If I can"t get this fixed and I have to change over to my Yahoo email address, I am changing ISPs as well since I now have other options in my area.  In 2016, WB/Excede/Viasat can't find a better SPAM filter than this one?  Really?   WB used to be a good ISP.  I am fed up with this issue wasting data both on WB and on my cellphone accounts.

Holly, just a side note here. I have been a Wildblue/Exede customer since 2007 and long ago migrated to GMAIL which has a good SPAM filter. I also have a YAHOO email address but found that their WEB based eMail took TOO LONG to load. YAHOO wants to load ADS on the right hand side of the screen. I had to WAIT untinl these ADS loaded before I could do anything with the screen - UGH. I no longer use YAHOO mail. I know they have a PAID version but never migrated there.

Well, as directed above, I contacted excedelistens...  I did initially get a response from them asking a few questions and I emailed them back.  No further response.  I emailed again yesterday requesting an update and still no further response.  In the last month, I have received over 335 SPAMs in my IN box and ZERO SPAMS in my SPAM folder.  (I moved them manually.)  An ISP not having a decent SPAM filter in 2016 is inexcusable.  Wasting customers data to clean up SPAM is inexcusable.

i have msn, yahoo, gmail as well as wildblue..i like the inbox setup that gmail has.and their great about filtering spam.so i have all of my other emails forwarded to gmail..and all i have to do about spam in my inbox.is click on spam once for each spam email.and let it go at that..plus,that saves me a lot of time and trouble,by keeping me from having to go through each inbox..one at a time..
