I am a wildblue customer and have been for many many years but would like to upgrade and cant seem to do that

Go to exede.com and use the dealer locator to find a dealer near you. They will be able to help you.

You can also call 855-463-9333 and, a representative will help you upgrade your service.

Hi Lynn,  I'm sorry you are having issues upgrading your service.  We have several avenues to to that. 
1) www.exede.com -> Current Customers -> Change your plan
2) 855.473.9333 - Exede Customer Service
3)  www.MyExede.net -> Log into Your Account
