I also have been noticing super slow speeds. Web pages not loading, it just spins. I went ahead and upgraged to the boost 25.. Got the new modem yesterday and connected. Worse issues than before. When I did speedtest.net it pinged at 615 download 23 and then it stopped upload never left 0.  This continued after several tries.

I'm sorry, call me dumb, but what does watching a video of someone playing a game help me.. and no I didn't watch it all because I am at work and cannot do so.

Alex probably posted to the wrong thread (it's easy enough to do with GetSatisfaction).

But, it sounds like you switched plans in the middle of your billing cycle and may have already consumed all of your priority data at that point. In that case, you'll likely see no speed improvement until the next billing cycle or you purchase more priority data - if so, be careful when that happens since you'll now be able to consume it even more quickly at higher speeds. Just a guess on my part.

Thanks. My cycle had just rolled over so I had data. I checked into everything I knew to do. And thanks for explanation of the game response . I was so confused

Thanks to all for your responses. I came back from vacation two days ago and have been testing .   Maybe it was just a bad slow few days before I left  , but as of now things are going fine.
