After accessing your husbands email did you remember to log out before closing the app? You'd be using your password to access your husbands email.

Hello Cyndy, Do you viasat.com, execde.com email or wildblue.com? If so, call Customer Care at 855.463.8333. One of our agents can reset it for you. If it is a different email carrier, you will need to contact them to reset the password.
