I no longer have the same bank account as I did when I started with Excede so my card information for payment is incorrect. I haven't received my new card for my new account but it won't let me edit the payment information without it. How do I turn off the auto-pay. If it tries to pull the money for my payment it won't get paid and I really don't want a returned payment on my account. Please help if anyone knows how to turn that feature off for just a day or two, until I get my new card in that would help me out so much!
