I have been able to transfer my "main" inbox from the old platform to the "main" inbox in the new platform. However I also have used all eight of the other available accounts for other types of business. I have changed the IMAP parameters but the data in these accounts will not transfer. What should I do?

Thank you

Are you getting any error messages?  Have you set up all 8 accounts correctly?  I'm using POP and all my other email accounts are functioning, but I have to think that should work with IMAP also.

Thank you Jep for the reply. The accounts have been set up for years and I get no error messages. On the main account as soon as I had changed the IMAP parameters to the new platform it immediately started transfering the messages from the old platform to the new. No problem other than having to determine that Sent folder has the messages I have sent since there is no All Mail folder now. However on the secondary accounts I set up the new parameters and clicked on the Input folder expecting the transfer to occur. Nothing, Nada, Ziltz. It just sat there with a gray background. I waited 15 minutes on one account that had only 500 stored e-mails. Altogether there are about 5,000 messages in these secondary accounts. Many are important since they are the discussions about contractual negotiations.
I use IMAP because my wife and I have four computers, 2 desktops and 2 laptops, and we need to both read many of the e-mail messages. POP removes a message after it has been read. I have to manually remove messages.

If your secondary email accounts are still on the old googlemail server, you may have to change in/out server settings in your client so it can retrieve from the two different servers until the secondary accounts are migrated by Exede. Or, as JEP noted, you should be able to log in to your secondary accounts on the wildblue webmail page by following the same procedure as you use for logging into your primary. You will have to log into each account individually using the appropriate password for each account. I got around that inconvenience by using multiple in/out server settings in Thunderbird client where I applied new settings to the primary account and used the old settings for the secondary accounts which are still operating on the old googlemail platform. Good luck!

Sounds like you are doing things right.  I would think the only thing different in the setup between your primary and secondary accounts are the login name and password.  You could try contacting ExedeListens@viasat.com

And they will close the case as soon as they reply with a non answer.  The prowess of Exedelistens is a myth.  They do not return phone calls.  They close cases that are clearly not resolved forcing the customer to go through the whole contact us protocol again.  It is my opinion this is a very intentional action, designed into the system to frustrate customer access to the knowledge they need to solve the problems ViaSat has and continues to create.
