You could start by changing your password.

True, changing the password can work.  It's more a thing to frustrate the neighbor with a white-list.  They'll see the network is open but can't seem to connect.  They may think it's their computer and mess with it for hours or days trying to figure out why it won't give the Internet.  Maybe I'm just mean to thieves.

I would change the password T0 just random garbage  the max chars you can use, change the network name and make it private(network name not transmitted), and let the SOB chew on that for a while.
