The same way you configured it in Windows 7 or 8. This gets a little confusing because Wildblue changed their email provider at about the same time many folks were upgrading to Windows 10. But, the bottom line is there is no difference between Windows 10 and previous versions.
The initial windows 10 and Wildblue interface with my Verizon phones was seamless. However, on 20 August I stopped receiving emails on my phone. I have tried your suggested solutions without success. Please tell me how to resolve this problem.
