Hello Jerry, the Zimbra help files are a great resource for getting answers about setting up and using your email. It is accessed by logging on to your mail account and clicking the down arrow to the right of your username at the top right of your screen.

That said, you can use the - SPAM tab- to mark single messages or groups of selected messages as spam. Also to manually block email addresses and/or domains, just click the -Preferences tab-, choose mail from the preferences pane on the left of screen, then scroll down in the main screen to -Spam Mail Options- and enter addresses you want to block. Good luck to you!

Since the spam filters are, basically, non-existent there should be a block button to make doing your work easier. You really shouldn't have to manually block addresses in this day and age. This whole email system seems very kindergartenish.
