How to check modem status?

All 4 lights are blinking together and I'm trying to see what the problem is, but I don't know how to check the modem menu.

You can check the status by keying in 192.168.100.2 in the address bar of your web browser. If you continue to have issues after looking at that page and rebooting the modem, send exedelistens@viasat.com an email with your account and contact info and they can look into it further from their side.

Correction to my typo and apologize didn't see it till now. The correct address is 192.168.100.1
