I keep seeing these directions in many places but it does not work. When I enter the IP address in my browser I come up with all kinds of options none of which ask for username or password just a lot of advertisement. I have even tried the IP address given in my documentation and that does not work either. HELP!

When connected to your HOME network, open your browser and type in: 192.168.100.1 then hit enter.
(Do not put anything before or after, your browser should take you there. Also, do NOT put www in front of it...JUST the numbers)
You should see a page like this:

Click on the choice for WiFi Settings. You should then get to THIS page.

Here is where you enter your login information for the router itself. It should be whatever you set it up to be. (the default user and password are user/user all lower case....you should really change that if you haven't already!) This is not your WiFi password, or your Exede account login..it is your ROUTER username and password.
Once you successfully get logged in, you'll be at this page:

You'll see your home network name at the top and your security settings.
Below that, you'll see a box marked "Password" with a bunch of dots in it.
Delete those out of there and enter in your new WiFi password. Then hit the "Save Changes" button.
It will think about it for a minute and tell you to wait, then show you this screen.

And there ya go.. your password for the WiFi is changed.
To test it out...go onto your iPad or phone and go into the WiFi settings. Click on your home network WiFi entry and hit "Forget This Network" It's in different places on different devices but, it's there. If you can't find it, remember: Google is your friend! :)
After that just click on your home WiFi connection and it should prompt you for your new password (assuming of course, that your security settings require a password)
Enter your NEW password and you're all set.
Hopefully this will solve the issue. :)
If this doesn't work...double your money back! :P

Glad it worked... I try to do at least one nice thing per year. Now I can back to being my old, miserable self. :D
