How to cancel account. Internet provider has been changed. Need dish and routers picked up

Cancel Account XXXXXXXXX

We changed internet provider since our internet was canceled although the email stated that the payment was drawn from our account. The satelite dish was replaced. The dish and routers are ready for pickup.

Anybody old enough to remember the 80's Rockwell song. "Somebody's Watching Me"???

Worthless trivia, but Rockwell was the son of Barry Gordy, the founder on Motown Records. The chorus of the song noted above was sung by a fellow musician that was originally signed by Motown. You may have heard of him. Guy by the name of Michael Jackson!

Just FYI.  The account number has been masked with X's above, but on the email notification I received about her post, her account number is NOT masked. Did someone go back after she posted and manually mask her account number, or was that done automatically prior to the post being made available to everyone? If it's an automated process, someone should let them know that it is sending email notifications prior to the masking process.

The post was manually edited after the fact (by a moderator) and after the email notification(s) were sent.

Something worth remembering... what you post here doesn't stay here with email notifications turned on.

It amazes me how people can invest the time to create a logon for the community forum so they can cancel the wrong way, but can't pickup a phone to spend a couple of minutes doing it the right way.
