How to abort the "Loading Data..." at my.exede.net?

The thing NEVER finishes.  It's been bad for months and now I'm finally tired of it.  I want to be able to cancel it but it has focus and that's that.  I do know how to get it fixed though...

I can't buy any more data until it finishes loading!  hey Exede, lost revenue here!!!

ME TOO! For almost 2 years!

On chat, they said to wait until it stops loading BUT I have left it for HOURS and it NEVER STOPS LOADING. 

The always give the typical tech support reply; clear cache and cookies but I need and use my cookies!

FYI, I loaded in Chrome Incognito and it worked GREAT because there IS no cache or cookies stored...

Hi Craig,  Did my.exede.net stop loading?  Please send details to exedelistens@viasat.com. I want to get this fixed. I did not know this was occurring.  Exede Diana

What?  You lost MY details??  I'm crushed... well, maybe relieved. 

Perhaps I won't get the emails "we had to delete your post because it was too salty" anymore.  ;o)

I think they had a bell go off in the office every time I posted.  Sure got a response quick back in them days.  They have made such tremendous improvements, what could I possibly complain about now? 

Heck, I even like the optimized "to" (but not beyond) video thing on the unlimited plans.  Others don't like it but then they used to reduce their res. so as to not run out of data for the rest of the month anyway.  Now nothing can go wrong and Exede is getting a ton of flack over it.  How's that again...  "go figure."
