A little more info would be helpful.  Has your email been working and suddenly stopped?  Did you receive the notice to change your email server info from Gmail to Wildblue/Exede and that's your issue?  Are you trying to use webmail (I think that may be down) or are you using a mail program like Outlook or Thunderbird?  If the latter, which one are you using?

My email has not been working for a couple of weeks even before net10 was installed it was about the time Google made a lot of changes.  My primary account is chrisbrown1958@wildblue.net, Alternate is chrisbrown195840@gmail.com.  I am sure of the password for wildblue.net but cannot log into my email,  I have facebook and it is working.

I never recieved a notice to change from gmail to wildblue/excede.
