How long does it take to "get in the system" so I can setup everything

How long does it take before I can setup my app on my phone and computer to access my account and control it? It doesn't recognize me.

Hmm, I'm not sure pre-install access has been implemented yet.  The person to ask has left for the day.  Send us an email at ViasatListens@viasat.com, and we will find out first thing tomorrow, when he gets in!

For everyone else reading the thread, word is that the app will likely be updated today (assuming no shenanigans) and will allow pre-install access, to update scheduling etc.
