How long do we have to wait for someone to call to set up an Installation date?

Alright, After paying my installation fee, & being told that I cancelled the contract, that we would be fined, and also being told that an installer would promptly call to set up a call. [ It's almost been a week since I paid $100.00 & we, neither my wife or I have received a call ] Ques. Are your Installers so busy that they can't at least make a phone call?

they know exactly what installs are going in for from days to weeks ahead of time you have fallen through the cracks or have simply been ignored

I did receive a reply, but it was after I sent the message & didn't see it until later.  I understand that the appointment is for the 25th of this month.  Thank You.  Wes Welch

You can cancel your account prior to the installation without paying any "fine" and you will be refunded your initial setup cost. If you can find a good reputable local dealer you will usually get faster and better service. If you purchased directly from Exede by phone or on-line, I would suggest you cancel and see if you can find a local dealer. You can find a lot of discussion on the other forum on reasons for going with a local dealer.
