Alright, After paying my installation fee, & being told that I cancelled the contract, that we would be fined, and also being told that an installer would promptly call to set up a call. [ It's almost been a week since I paid $100.00 & we, neither my wife or I have received a call ] Ques. Are your Installers so busy that they can't at least make a phone call?
