Was on a call with Service Appointment as the technician did not show up. Was getting transferred to her supervisor, got transferred to Dish network. Needless to say, the Dish network Rep was confused as to why I was calling her, that viasat problems need to be handled by viasat. I told her that I was just talking to them and they transferred me to her. What kind of ship are you running here?

I don't think Viasat bundles with Dish anymore. They're exclusive with DirectTV, while Hughes Net works with Dish. How much did you talk with the first person you contacted before being transferred, are you confident you had contacted Viasat Customer Care to begin with? Often customers who where sold by a call center will call the call center back for customer service calls. These call centers sell a variety of products along with Viasat and agents in a call center may not be well equip or very knowledgeable.

Seeing as a Dish technician showed up to try and fix my connectivity issues today, I'm sure they are still partnered. It was the third time I called yesterday. Had the same hold music I could hum it  to you if you wish. The people in the tech support call center are not very knowledgeable either. Trust me.

How old is your account? We used to have what we call wholesale accounts with companies like Dish so that's the only potential reason I could think of why this was the case.
