how does a customer terminate an account?

I'm done paying for awful service. I want to terminate my account which was established in December 2014. How do I do that?

First off if you were/ are having issues with your service send exedelistens@viasat.com an email and Exede Lindsey or Exede Diana will be more then happy to help you and get your service fixed and working. Secondly if you want to cancel your service just call the 800 number and they can close your account and ship you the box to send your modem and tria back in.

Just out of curiosity Knight Rider, which plan do you have? I have Exede12 - 15 GB.

10GB now and 10GB before when I was with hughesnet
