How do I view my previous months data usage?

You currently can't; however, there is a new tool currently in beta testing that purports to do just that. A couple of regulars here are in that beta prpgram and can perhaps verify that it does.

Old Labs, I am one of the beta testers of the eSVT, and yes, the program does allow one to see the usage breakdown of the current month as well as the previous month.

Sherri, right now you should send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and the moderators can look up your previous months usage for you. Be sure to include your account number and a phone number so they can identify your account info.

I'd prefer to just have the usage (in total) shown on the bill. I don't need a lot of detail about my usage just how much I have used so that I can track it. It is impossible to sign on just before the billing end date to get the usage and if you don't get it them it seems to be lost
