E-mail trouble

Is there a telephone number that I can use to ask questions about this mess? I believe I have followed all instructions. I have (to the best of my knowledge) none of the Google apps, etc. listed in a email from you on 8-12-15. I also signed your contract as requested. Yet this AM I received a chastising email for using my "OLD INBOX".
I do not have I or android phones, Nor do I have IMAP/POP 3, to the best of my knowledge. Yet these are what your last letter got upset about (I think).

William - You can call 855-463-9333 for help.
If you are not using IMAP or POP for your email, then you must not be using an email program to access your Wildblue email.   If you are accessing your email via a webpage, then you need to log into webmail.wildblue.net instead of the Gmail web page.
