How do I stop getting notifications?

PLEASE STOP SENDING ME NOTIFICATION. I AM NOT USING YOUR SERVICE ANY LONGER AND I WANT TO STOP GETTING ALL THOSE COMPLAINTS IN MY E-MAIL. THANK YOU.

This forum isn't associated with your canceled Exede account.

  1. Log into you your account on this forum.
  2. Once logged in, click on your name that appears in the top right corner of the page and select Profile.
  3. When your profile appears, click on the Profile Information link.
  4. Once the profile information is displayed click on the Account Information link.
  5. At the bottom of the Account Information page, enter your password and click the Close User Profile button.
If instead you desire to keep the profile open and discontinue any notifications, in step 4 click on Email & Norifications. Clear all check boxes above the Save Email & Notifications button and then click it. Do the same for Community Notifcations and click the Save button below it.
