How do I speak directly to corporate?

I have contacted the main number to resolve my continually slow internet speeds and have received a multitude of "solutions" that only resolve the problem for 1 to 2 hours. The last interaction with a supervisor only lead me to believe that all other troubleshooting was worthless and nothing will resolve the issue. I asked for the corporate number only to be told none existed. How do I get a hold of the corporate office or even speak with anyone who can resolve my issue?

Brad, I forwarded an email I got from a customer who used the "find a retailer" tool to try to get a problem taken care of. Please be on the lookout for it. Case # 01984657

All the higher-ups are on the Top Dealers incentive trip and won't be back for a week. I could have gone but I have a strict rule on traveling to 3rd world countries......not to mention, they really wouldn't want to be around me right now.

They wouldn't want to hear from others either.

What frustrates me most is the variable pricing. I get areas that have high density beams is one thing, but to charge more for less in some areas just is not right and a bad business model .

The pricing in Large beams is INTENDED to discourage sales. This isn't my opinion, it's what I was told.

Well they are doing a good job at it!

Things sure have changed since the launch of Viasat-2 about one year ago.  What a difference a year makes!

That's why I can't really gripe too much about my situation to the higher-ups.....kinda hard to get someone to change when you are suffering their desired effects of their plans.

Well I am sure there are reasons for that strategy right now...  But I won't post my theory here :)

Tried to get information from customer service, they are very evasive and will not answer your questions with a direct answer.  They will ask you for your personal information, but will not give their full name when asking for a supervisor or the manager over their own  level.  Company does not use a two way level of communication when dealing with the public. Even their web site is vague and will only promise to give you information if you first supply them with personal information. Not customer friendly, so I have decided not to pursue doing business with them now or in the future. No skin off my nose, I haven't lost anything except perhaps more future problems with their company.LOL

I have been trying to get ahold of a supervisor for over 30 minutes and keep being told by Aria that it'll be just a few more minutes. How do I get in touch with corporate or someone who can actually help me cancel this service

i have an account with exede which is now another name. earlier this month $111.00 was taken from my account and i called , spoke with a supervisor that explained their was a change in the payment date which never happened on my part and my bill is only $69.00 per month. she said that the $42. 00 would be refunded back to me and asked if i wanted it in the form of a visa card and i said no then she said that a check would be mailed and i should rec it by Friday the following week 9/21/18. i checked my mail today 9/22 and nothing in the form of a check was their. i called and spoke with a representative that kept saying the same thing over and over again. again i asked to talk with a supervisor and the rep claimed that they were short handed and as the rep is reading she no notes were taken retaining to my conversation a week ago and the last notes were from April of this year. the only thing i want is the $42.00 that was taken from my account which was not authorized by me, nor did i ask for the payment date to be changed but according to the supervisor it was.
this seems to be an ongoing problem with this company where as they lie and mislead customers, it's ok to take money from an account  but play hell to get it back into the account.
all i was asking for is the monies be placed back into my account, the sum of  $42.00 i never authorized it to be taken in the first place. as of Monday i will be contacting an attorney to get my money back because this is unethical and not the way to do business. i wont be calling again to discuses anything because it seems that they don't know how to take notes when a customer calls in with a complaint but they know how to take the money.this is the worst experience
i have ever encountered with any company and i will be in search of another company to handle my internet.

Let me see here, I will be contacting an attorney to get the $42 Viasat allegedly owes me. The attorney charges between $250 to $500 per hour.

Makes complete sense to me! ???

Called Viasat with inquiry to see if they would extend our payment out for 13 days as I had a medical emergency that set us back on finances. We have our bill pmt taken out on the 8th of each month. They said they cannot until we pay the past due amt of 95.00 which is not past due.  They said until we pay that they can only change the due date. They were unwilling to help due to a medical situation for only 13 days to extend. Very frustrating to not help in any way for good reason. I offered to get them proof I had an emergency. I would think a big corporation would do all they can to assist in anyway to the people that keep them in business. They do not. She said due to Viasat policies, she is unable to do anything. I asked if I could speak to corporate, she said no contact info for them. I find this quite interesting, that there is no help to customers.

I have been a customer for a year with multiple accounts and they are the worst for customer service every month I spend hours on the phone because each representative says something different about that months problem.  They do not care is the bottom line and they have made that clear to me, I am glad that I chose not to go through them through my business.  There are some representatives that individually tried there best to help but 90%  do not know what they are doing that I delt with.  They do not care about how they cause problems for customers through misinformation and outright lies......nothing is ever documented either
