How do I speak directly to corporate?

I have contacted the main number to resolve my continually slow internet speeds and have received a multitude of "solutions" that only resolve the problem for 1 to 2 hours. The last interaction with a supervisor only lead me to believe that all other troubleshooting was worthless and nothing will resolve the issue. I asked for the corporate number only to be told none existed. How do I get a hold of the corporate office or even speak with anyone who can resolve my issue?

Send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com. That will be received by a moderator of these forums who works for corporate.

Brad, I forwarded an email I got from a customer who used the "find a retailer" tool to try to get a problem taken care of. Please be on the lookout for it. Case # 01984657

All the higher-ups are on the Top Dealers incentive trip and won't be back for a week. I could have gone but I have a strict rule on traveling to 3rd world countries......not to mention, they really wouldn't want to be around me right now.

They wouldn't want to hear from others either.

What frustrates me most is the variable pricing. I get areas that have high density beams is one thing, but to charge more for less in some areas just is not right and a bad business model .

The pricing in Large beams is INTENDED to discourage sales. This isn't my opinion, it's what I was told.

Well they are doing a good job at it!

Things sure have changed since the launch of Viasat-2 about one year ago.  What a difference a year makes!

That's why I can't really gripe too much about my situation to the higher-ups.....kinda hard to get someone to change when you are suffering their desired effects of their plans.

Well I am sure there are reasons for that strategy right now...  But I won't post my theory here :)

I have been trying to get ahold of a supervisor for over 30 minutes and keep being told by Aria that it'll be just a few more minutes. How do I get in touch with corporate or someone who can actually help me cancel this service
