You people overdrew my account by withdrawing an increased amount of money without notifying me! I want OUT of Automatic Bill Pay. Now I'm stuck with Overdraft fees I can't afford!
Hi Regina, there is not an option to have Exede service without auto-pay. You do however have the choice of changing your billing cycle date for more convenience. Please call our Customer Care Line at 866-945-3258 to speak with a Care Representative concerning your billing, they would be more than happy to assist. Thank you
