How Do I get a copy of my subscription key for F-Secure?

I can not find the email that was sent to me when I first signed-up for exede internet service that had my f-secure anti-virus subscription key. How do I get a copy of the key to activate the software on my new computer?

Hello Corey, if you cannot find your email to activate your F-Secure key. You have one of two options. You can either reach out to our Customer Care Care line at 1-855-463-9333 and they can actually put in a ticket to request a new key for you which should take up to 72 business hours. Or feel free to send us an email with your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com and we can do the same.  Thank you

Your dealer or installer can also look it up for you on the Dealer/Installer Portal. Also if you go to the other forum you can private message me or another dealer and we can look it up for you. We will need either your MAC address, account number, or the phone number on the account. There are 2 lessons here: 1) The other forum is more user friendly and helpful. and 2) For the best service it is always best to deal with a local dealer whenever possible.

We were supposed to get an f-secure key? I just looked back at the emals I got when I signed up and nothing mentions f-secure, but that was in March 13. Does it go back that far?

Hi David,  Please send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and we will assist you.   

As a new customer,  an Exede Online Welcome Kit  should have been sent to your contact email after you activated your ViaSat services. There is a link to the F-Secure software and your F-Secure activation key in the Online Welcome Kit. There is a link,http://www.exede.com/f-secure,  to download F-Secure directly from our site with directions.

Barbara, Your F-Secure Key is reserved for you and is on your bill.  Please contact Exede Customer Care and they can provide you with your F-Secure Key at 855-463.9333. Below is the link to install F-Secure after you receive your F-Secure Key. 
You can also send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and we will assist you.

Thanks Diana, but it's not on my bills and I've tried to download it several times, but stop at the 20 digit key part.  I do not have one.  I had Charter before I moved here and they provided a complete security suite with the F-Secure, so when I didn't have anything, I downloaded one from Cnet.com and uninstalled the F-Secure.  Then I got an email from Exede saying remember to download the F-Secure! It's free for one year!!!!  Oh well...  I'll try your suggestion with exedelistens@viasat.com.  Thank you..
